Cookies with pieces of chocolate and red peppers

Hello again fellow readers i will be writing down the recipe for some delicious cookies with chocolate and red peppers. Hope you enjoy them as much as i am enjoy writing this down. So lets start with the ingredients.



 Ingredients:

    for the cookies:
        100 grams flour
        1/2 tea spoon backing powder
        1/2 tea spoon grounded red peppers.
        1/8 teas spoon salt.
        60 grams raisins
        2 tea spoons of coffee liqueur
        250 grams of natural chocolate, broken in to large pieces
                                                                                               60 grams butter
                                                                                               2 large eggs
                                                                                               150 grams sugar
                                                                                               2 tea spoons vanilla essence
                                                                                              180 grams natural chocolate chips
                                                                                          for the glaze:
                                                                                              90 grams white chocolate
                                                                                              1/2 grounded red peppers.






How to make:


for the cookies:
   1. Preheat oven on 180 degrees(4 if you have gas stove).
   2. Cover a shallow baking pan with some baking paper.
   3. In a small bowl mix the flour with the baking powder, the peppers and salt.
   4. In a small pot put together the liqueur and the raisins and heat on low flame.
   5. Melt the chocolate and butter on a water bath. Leave a side so it can cool down.
   6. In a large bowl use a mixer on high to mix the egg and the sugar until they become white.
   7. Switch the mixer on middle speed and add the melted chocolate and vanilla essence to the eggs.
   8. Switch to low speed and add the flour, finally ad the raisins and chocolate chips to the mix.
   9. Use a spoon to form round cookies directly in the baking pan. Spread should be 2,5 cm.

   10. Bake 10-12 minutes, or until the cookies raise slightly.
   11. After they are baked leave them to cool in the baking pan for 5 min and then arrange them on a

         metal grill to cool down completely. 
for the glaze:
   1. Melt the white chocolate with the grounded peppers on a water bath.
   2. When melted spread the mix on the cool cookies.
   3. Let the chocolate to harden for 30 minutes.



You should get around: 15 cookies
Time to make: 15 minutes for the cookies and 30 min for the glaze.
Baking: 12 minutes
