Strawberry Shellies

Ingredients

  • Store-bought madeleines
  • Strawberry ice cream
  • Pink sanding sugar
  • Graham crackers, crushed

 

 

 

     

       Directions

  1. Trim unscalloped sides of cookies to be flat.
  2. To decorate, dip paintbrush in water and dab on each edge; roll in pink sanding sugar.
  3. Rest shells on a dune of crushed graham crackers, next to a white-chocolate starfish.
